Why hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a powerful tool that allows you to work with the subconscious part of the brain, which is also the emotional brain that’s responsible for most of our actions. Most people seek out help because they have tried telling themselves what to do or how to feel that would be best and it hasn’t worked because the ideas have not gotten into the subconscious and hypnosis is a way for you to attain you goals by being in alignment with your beliefs, feelings and actions.
What is different about this practice?
In this practice we work with the root cause of a problem using Integral Hypnotherapy which integrates beneficial techniques from other types of therapy and coaching techniques to deliver results.
Whereas other practices may offer a quick fix to a problem such as smoking, or nail biting for example, they try to stop the symptom without dealing with root cause which is the need to smoke, or bite nails, such as stress relief or negative self beliefs, and the problem will manifest in another undesirable way.
I am afraid I will lose control in hypnosis and do things out of character.
Hypnosis is actually a tool to GAIN control over your mind. We can inadvertently allow many things to have a negative impact on consciously or subconsciously. Hypnosis is a way to purposefully regain control and take over the programming of our subconscious to benefit us.
Hypnosis is a safe practice that allows you to do more of what you want to do.
How long does it take to work?
Hypnosis can be a tool that rapidly allows you to rapidly change your limiting beliefs and improve how you feel, allowing you to pick up better habits, stop self sabotage and be more fulfilled.
Single sessions are also available and packages are typically 5-8 sessions. Results will vary but many people have seen lifelong limitations lifted in a few sessions or even a single session.
Overcoming Fear
Overcome a specific fear such as of heights, dogs, or claustrophobia. If your fear is keeping you back in your work life or personal life hypnosis can also help. Many people have successfully used hypnosis for things such as public speaking, social fears, or to pursue an ambitious goal.
Healing PAIN from the past
Healing from pain of the pain is possible. Hypnosis can help emotionally and with limitations from past events.
