Xing is a board certified hypnotherapist with the International Board of Hypnotherapy, the most extensive certification in the country, and an alumni of Hypnotherapy Academy of America. Her practice is dedicated to serving people in need of health interventions or are striving for optimal health having experienced the difference first hand.

Hypnotherapy Academy of America is headed by several instructors with a background in traditional medicine providing a holistic point of view. HAA’s hypnotherapy methods are the only variable multi session methods to be validated in clinical trials funded by the NIH.

Who is this service for?
This service is for anyone seeking a major lifestyle change to reach optimal health or recover from poor health due to lifestyle habits.

What if I don’t think I can be hypnotized?
Integral Hypnotherapy was designed for anyone with the desire for change. This technique has been shown to be more effective than placebo and drugs alone in clinical trials funded by the NIH in the general population for overactive bladder disorder. So no, you do not have to be the classical candidate for hypnosis and each experience with hypnosis can be different depending on the delivery method and practitioner.

What is different about this practice?
In this practice we work with the root cause of a problem using Integral Hypnotherapy which integrates beneficial techniques from other types of therapy and coaching techniques to deliver results.

Whereas other practices may offer a quick fix to a problem such as smoking, or nail biting for example, they try to stop the symptom without dealing with root cause which is the need to smoke, or bite nails, such as stress relief or negative self beliefs, and the problem will manifest in another undesirable way.

I am afraid I will lose control in hypnosis and do things out of character.
Hypnosis is actually a tool to GAIN control over your mind. We can inadvertently allow many things to have a negative impact on consciously or subconsciously. Hypnosis is a way to purposefully regain control and take over the programming of our subconscious to benefit us.
